The Annual General Meeting for the Toastmasters Club of which I am a member is coming in one week time. This morning I received an email saying that not enough commited members have come forward for the nominations. Serving as the Club President in 2003 and being the only in-house Distinguished Toastmaster, I think I can motivate the members by sending out an inspirational email based on my experience when I joined the club in 2001.
It was truly an enriching and rewarding experience when I was fully involved in the Toastmasters movement for the part few years. I hope more people will come forward to serve, learn and gain from the experience in the Club Executive
